Shipping & Delivery

How To Make Your Delivery Go Smoothly

We know you want to get your item as quickly and efficiently as possible.  So, please make sure to provide us with a valid street address (no PO Boxes please) and a good telephone number to reach you in case there is any issue with delivery.  Some higher value and freight items may require a delivery appointment, so please be sure we have a good contact number for you!

Need to delay delivery?  No problem!  Just make sure to tell us if you don't want your order shipped right away.

How will my item ship?

Many of our items will ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail or First Class. 

Larger items will ship LTL Freight/Common Carrier.   Much like UPS or FedEx deliveries, these items will be delivered either curbside or to the threshold of your home, but not inside it.  Once shipped, the freight company will usually call you to set up an appointment for delivery.   Need help setting up a delivery appointment?  Contact us and we'll be happy to help!

Since some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and others are shipped to our warehouse first for repackaging, your purchases may arrive in more than one package and by different shipping methods.

What is VIP White Glove Service?

VIP White Glove service is a special, all-inclusive service that we offer for some of our most exclusive home furnishings pieces.  If included, it is noted in the item description.  While regular delivery includes delivery only to the threshold or curbside of your home, White Glove delivery includes bringing the item inside to your room of choice, uncrating the item (and in some cases limited set-up) and removal of all debris and packaging.  It does not include installation (such as hanging up artwork or installing fixtures) or assembly of beds.

White Glove service is available for many of our furniture items, depending on the piece and the delivery location.  If not included, it usually costs between $200-300 additional.  Please contact us and we will be happy to get you a quote for any piece!

Do you ship internationally?

We ship anywhere!  We are happy to work with you to ship most of our items internationally, or to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.  Please contact us so that we can get you a quote that best fits your needs.
